CM Punk to write intro for Avengers vs. X-Men

WWE announced in there corporate website yesterday that WWE "Superstar" CM Punk will write the intro to the upcoming hardcover graphic novel Avengers vs. X-Men. http://corporate.wwe.com/news/2012/2012_10_24.jsp

As a #Fanboy of both WWE and Marvel comics, this is huge news for me personally. In addition this partnership will bode well for both companies. WWE still has a huge following with the younger demographics that will be introduced to the awesome comic world if they are not already. With the big blockbuster comic movies we are accustom to seeing every summer some believe they have an understanding of what the Marvel world is. Yet the real world lives within the graphics novels. Marvel partnering with WWE allows them to reach new readers that will be excited to read and witness the future of the comic world unfold.

I can't wait to snatch this novel off the shelves.

CM Punk - "Best superheroes in the world? Check. Best writers in the world (plus Ed Brubaker)? Check. Best artists in the world? Yup, them too. Best wrestler in the world. That's me! So it's the best team of all time! We are all the best! Now you will read the best!”
Equals respect!
